Job Title: Fulfillment Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fulfillment center and managing a team of 5-6 people. This role will require strong communication with sales representatives and your team to process incoming orders, schedule routes, make changes and communicate with Accounts Receivable. The fulfillment manager must stay up to date on all METRC compliance along with keeping the team informed about compliance reports, system updates, policies and practices. Must be comfortable coordinating with METRC and OLCC for any adjustments beyond the team's access.The ideal candidate will possess extreme attention to detail, focus, high energy, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry.

Job Duties:

• Works closely with sales reps and fulfillment team to ensure accuracy in accounting, orders, inventory, and scheduling while also ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participates with the A/R department in the resolution of outstanding debts.
• Handwrite information from invoices to Metrc tags.
• Assist with creating tags that indicate the appropriate product on each order.
• Enter information into the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS).
• Use tags in the CTS to create manifests with provided driver information and delivery schedules.
• Create trade samples for distribution
• Maintain Inventory of all merchandise
• Ability to manage personnel issues, including disciplinary actions with confidence and equality
• Oversee the day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment processes with an eye on efficiency, flawless execution, scheduling, route preparation and route delivery
• Assisting Sales Representatives, answering inventory questions/concerns, and helping them succeed with all their vendor account needs (manifest issues, test results, things that come up in the field).
• Staying up to date with all processes, laws, rules, regulatory information, guidelines and changes pertaining to OLCC
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all confidential information, including but not limited to inventory counts, sales data, wholesale costs, and overall company information
• Assisting the Packaging Manager with inventory questions/processes.
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have experience with Quickbooks and Metrc

• Takes initiative, must be willing to complete the task (stay late if required)

• Understanding of state packaging design and approval process (we will work with you on this)

• Experience with Google Drive/Sheets/Docs

• Be able to frequently multi-task.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Be able to work and stay on task in a group environment.

• Ability to accept positive and constructive feedback.

• Effective communication skills and positive team player.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit

• 1 year Metrc experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work seated in a temperature controlled workspace (cooler) for long periods of time.

• Close visual focus required.

• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.

• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
