Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) is responsible for a wide variety of Human Resource functions
for White Label Extracts and its subsidiaries. The HRC will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee
and labor relations, and project management processes including benefits administration and
performance management. The HRC will provide exceptional customer service to business partners while
operating with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment. This position requires the ability to
work independently, exercise creative problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring qualified job applicants,
reference checks, and onboarding initiatives.
● Coordinate administrative HR functions including employee file maintenance, new hire
paperwork, leave requests and benefit management.
● Provide counseling, coaching, and mentoring to employee relations matters.
● Participate in and support the resolution of employee relations issues, corrective action meetings,
terminations, and investigations.
● Coordinate and track leave of absence requests including federal/state leaves and attendance
issues.
● Participate, administer and provide counsel in annual and new hire performance reviews.
● Maintain employee data in the HRIS and digital personnel files. This includes entering and
updating employee data at key points in the employee experience: onboarding, job changes,
promotions, organization changes, offboarding, etc.
● Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
● All other duties as assigned.

● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and Mac operating systems.
● Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's payroll and talent management
systems.

Education and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
● A minimum 1 year of experience in a dedicated HR role.
● A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
● SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
● Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
