Job Summary:

Do you already have cannabis experience but looking for a change? White Label Extracts is hiring for a part time up to 40 hours, day time Material Intake Specialist. The Material Intake Specialist is responsible for intaking biomass/cannabis material for processing (please see more duties below). We are looking for a hard-working team player to join our team.

Part-time up to 40 hrs/schedule may vary depending on business needs

Mon-Thur 7am- 4pm and there may be some work on Fridays

Duties:

• Intake Raw Material: weigh, prepare, track, tag and process cannabis material
• Unload, carry and reload pounds of cannabis material throughout entire shift
• Check incoming cannabis material for accuracy
• Perform regular stock inventory and freezer inventory assessments
• General maintenance in work area/freezer
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Some interaction with farm vendors
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
• Ability to use different computer programs for tracking purposes
• Process, packs and unpack columns
• Clean columns using pressure washers
• Other duties assigned

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25/50/80 pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Must be able to be on your feet most of the day and on concrete floors
• Must be able to be move and work quickly
• Must be able to be work in an indoor freezer for extended period of time
• Must be able to be in the outdoors for extended periods of time
• Must be able to be in excessive heat or cold

**please note this job requires a high amount of physical labor/activity

Other Required Skills:

• Must be minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors and co-workers
• Ability to perform tasks with great efficiency over 8-10 hour work periods without losing quality.
• Must work well on a team and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
• Must pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must exhibit a high attention to detail
