Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales Manager

Our Outside Sales Representative meets with customers in person to identify their needs, close sales deals, and just make new friends. Duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, and negotiating with clients about our products and services. White Label Extracts is a locally owned and operated company in Eugene, dating back to the medical days. Members of our team are passionate about cannabis and love the work that we do.
**Candidate must be based in the Eugene area**
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Develop existing accounts and relationships
- Open and develop new accounts and relationships
- Adopt and demonstrate established sales strategies and contribute to improve those strategies
- Attend and participate in departmental sales meetings and training opportunities
- Meet and exceed established monthly sales goals
- Seek out and participate in Budtender training opportunities, dispensary demo opportunities, and industry/community event opportunities
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Reach out to clients on an as-needed basis to inform them about new products, special delivery schedules, and other important updates
- Ensure product is fully stocked at all retailers and is always presentable
- Always represent the brand according to company values and culture
- Some overnight travel required
- Driving the company fleet vehicles to your assigned territory safely and responsibly
- Fast-paced sales
- Other duties assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Written and oral communication proficiency
- Shows and demonstrates initiative
- Demonstrates problem solving and analysis
- Customer oriented mindset
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry and products
- Previous sales experience and/or customer service experience
- Must possess Oregon Marijuana Workers Permit through OLCC
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be Eugene-area based
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
- Job offer will be contingent upon successfully passing a background check and driving record check
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
