Job Summary:

The Trimmer/Pre-Roll Production Specialist is responsible for trimming/pre-rolling for our post harvest process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
• Dexterous hand movements with trimming tools
• Weigh and record trimmed plant materials
• Administer proficiency at packaging (tubing) prerolls
• Accurately weigh prerolls
• Be proficient at crowning prerolls
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have at least one year of experience trimming
• Must have high attention to detail
• Be a reliable, team player
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with the direct supervisors and co-workers
• Must work well independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

Education and Experience:

• Plant knowledge is helpful but not necessary.
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• Must be minimum of 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to wear a respirator for intermittent periods of time.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as bending, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating objects.
• This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
